Testing Performed on Darkwire Products

The majority of products sold by Darkwire have been used and tested by us.

This means that when we get a new product we are excited and therefore usually immediately install it to ensure that it actually does what it is supposed to do. Often it is installed on more than one PC.
Sometimes it takes a while to get around to testing and at other times we simply do not have the latest gear to test with.
This occasionally requires that we ask our customers to test various items and provide a commentary and photos that we can use. In return the customer gets the Item free of charge.
This is only offered to repeat customers who have demonstrated their technical expertise and know-how through communicating with us on various topics.

We do not put Items on our Website until we are reasonably happy that they work as described.
Note that it is impossible to test every device in every way with every available connection, card or adapter.
Some Adapters/Cards/Devices will Work on some systems and WILL NOT WORK in others. This is due to your particular system, its BIOS, existing hardware, drivers, installed devices and many other things.

Any hardware and/or software installation or other interaction with a PC/Laptop or any electrical device carries a degree of risk and you the purchaser/user accept that risk.
EVERY SYSTEM IS DIFFERENT!
- We do not have any control over your actions when you open the case of your PC or Laptop to install or uninstall a piece of hardware.
- We have no knowledge of your system, its age, condition, power supply and supplied, existing hardware, installed devices, BIOS, Drives, Peripherals, Drivers, I/O Devices or anything else.
THEREFORE - YOU INSTALL ANY ADAPTERS, CARDS OR OTHER DEVICES PURCHASED FROM DARKWIRE ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Under no circumstances shall Darkwire, the manufacturer, their agents or distributors be held liable in any way for damages, including lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of any installation, uninstallation, environmental condition/s, existing equipment, disposal, use, misuse or otherwise of any Item be it hardware, software, information or any combination of these.
If you do not accept these conditions please either do not purchase the Item or contact us immediately  to arrange the return of the Item via Registered Mail at your expense and include any associated hardware/software, unopened and in original packaging for a refund.
