POSTAGE or COURIER such as DHL, TNT, FEDEX, etc.?
Listed below are the various methods available for getting your order delivered if you are not in Australia:
Important Note: Darkwire Pty Ltd will send the Items via the Agreed Method with all due care.
Any Permits or other Documentation required by your country are YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
Any Customs Charges, Duties, Taxes, Warehousing, Brokerage Fees or any other Unforseen Charges that may be incurred by Whatever Means when the package arrives in your country are TOTALLY YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
International Registered Post Service: Australia Post has (at last) provided an International Registered Post Service for parcels. This provides proof of posting, basic tracking and signature on delivery.
Express Post International : Australia Post now offers International Express Post. This is far less expensive than the courier companies such as DHL, FEDEX, TNT etc. and has basic tracking and is fast. Insurance can be added for a reasonable price. All round this is a good option. AIR MAIL: Reasonably priced but is NOT tracked and is NOT insured. Contact us for a quote.
NOTE: If you choose this method Darkwire will not accept any responsibility for lost or damaged items.
INSURED AIR MAIL: For an additional fee, currently AU$8.75 for the first AU$100.00, your Air Mail package can be Insured. This also provides a tracking number for basic tracking. This method is recommended for higher value Items. Contact us for a quote
EMS International Courier: Very fast but quite expensive. Provides a Tracking number but Insurance is Optional and costs more, also may be sub-contracted to DHL, TNT etc. and you will not know. This could affect the customs duty and other charges you may have to pay when it arrives. Contact us for a quote.
Your Account with TNT, FedEx, DHL etc.: You can arrange pick up using your preferred carrier and charge it to your account. A small handling fee is charged by Darkwire for packaging and documentation preparation.
TNT or DHL: Darkwire can arrange delivery via TNT or DHL at your expense. Very reliable and very fast but is NOT insured. Tracking number is provided. Contact us for a quote.
International Express Post: Very Fast, costs less than EMS or the Courier Companies, is tracked and can be insured. THIS IS A HIGHLY RECOMMENDED OPTION. Contact us for a quote
Yet another IMPORTANT NOTE: Any payment via Bank Transfer will incur an additional fee of AU$30.00. I know this is a lot but the banks are just criminals in disguise, they charge fees whenever they please and there is nothing you can do about it. Talk about a RIP OFF!

Please know where you live and provide the correct delivery address.
For example, if you live in Boronia, Victoria, which could be considered a distant suburb of Melbourne, your address is Boronia, Victoria, 3155 and NOT Boronia, Melbourne, Victoria, 3155 OR or any other combination.
If you live in Richmond, Victoria then your address is Richmond, Victoria NOT Richmond, Melbourne, Victoria.
There is a bit of a difference and sometimes it is difficult to determine what the delivery address actually is as the Post Code differs from the Suburb.
In cases like this we have to check the postcode and even then usually have to contact the buyer to confirm the correct address.
This causes a delay in receiving your Item.
